At Wander West Beauty, my goal is to provide a seamless and luxurious experience for every client. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, I’ve outlined a few essential policies regarding appointments, cancellations, and services. Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect everyone’s time, Wander West Beauty requires at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

  • A valid card on file is required to book appointments, and fees will be charged accordingly.

Photography and Media Release

By receiving services at Wander West Beauty, you agree to allow us to take photos or videos during your appointment. These may be used for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes. All media is owned by Wander West Beauty, and no compensation will be provided for their use. Your trust and comfort are our priority, and we’re excited to showcase the stunning results of your hair transformation!

Service Agreement

At Wander West Beauty, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward your service total. All payments, including the retainer, are final and non-refundable. A valid card on file is also required to book.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a fee. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee, and those within 12 hours or no-shows will result in a charge for the full service amount.

We strive to ensure every client loves their results, but any concerns must be reported within three days of your appointment. Thank you for respecting these policies and the time it allows us to dedicate to creating a great experience for all clients.

Age Requirements

Hair color clients must be 13 years or older. Extension clients must be 18 years or older.
