At Wander West Beauty, I believe your salon experience should feel seamless from the start—and that begins with how you book.

Whether you're interested in extensions, lived-in color, or both, my booking process is designed to help us get to know each other and make sure we're a great fit. Every guest and every head of hair is unique, so I take the time to understand your goals, preferences, and hair history before we ever step foot in the salon.

Here’s How It Works:

1. Choose Your Service

Start by deciding what you're looking for—extensions, lived-in color, or a complete transformation. If you're unsure, don’t worry! The intake form will help guide us.

2. Fill Out a New Guest Form

Click the button below to complete my quick intake form (either for extensions or color). This is your chance to tell me all about your current hair, your goals, and any previous experiences. Be honest—this helps me create the best plan for you!

3. Virtual Consultation

Once I receive your form, I’ll review it and reach out to schedule a consultation—either in person or virtually via FaceTime or Zoom, whichever works best for you. This step is all about making sure we’re aligned on your goals and setting you up for the best results. If we decide to move forward, a non-refundable retainer fee will be required to secure your appointment.

4. Book Your Appointment

After the consultation and retainer are complete, we’ll get your appointment on the books! I’ll walk you through everything you need to know to prepare, including at-home care and what to expect on your first visit.
